Caitlyn Kelly-Kilgore
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
My approach provides a theoretical framework for understanding clients' internal worlds while leaving abundant space for the complexities and nuances of each individual. I combine trauma-informed somatic and expressive modalities with parts work and attachment theory. My goal is to help people approach all parts of themselves with compassion and curiosity, so they can develop trusting, nurturing relationships within and with others. I’m here to listen, to challenge you (gently!), and to help you find a way forward, even when things feel tough.
