Eliza Kern
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
My approach is grounded in authenticity, safety, and radical acceptance. I strive to create a space where clients feel free to show up as their full selves—messy, evolving, joyful, grieving, or unsure—knowing they are met with compassion and respect. I don’t aim to “fix” people; I believe healing happens when individuals feel deeply seen, loved, and supported in exploring who they truly are, within the context of their lived experiences and societal influences. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I allow the client to guide me in understanding what support looks like for them, and I adapt my approach to align with their needs, strengths, and pace.
