Margot Audley
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
I adopt a person-centered and parts-work approach to therapy. Believing that all humans are capable of growth and change when they feel safe and accepted, I strive to build empathic, collaborative and trusting relationships with my clients. I am here to listen without judgement, ask thoughtful questions, and empower you to own your strengths, connect with your values, and navigate challenges with greater self-awareness, curiosity, and compassion.
I hold deep respect for my clients’ autonomy and am committed to remaining mindful of my role as facilitator rather than director throughout our sessions. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there.
